Are PlantAction Granolas really made to order?


Yes! Once we receive your order, we will make your batch and ship it to you within 5-7 business days.




How long does it take to receive my order?


It just depends on how big your order is and once we ship, it will depend on USPS service. Once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee how fast it will get to you. However, from the moment you place your order to the time you receive your package, should not take more than 10 working days.




What kind of payments to you accept?


We accept all major credit cards and paypal.




How are the granolas packed?


We use a kraft stand-up pouch, heat sealed to better preserve the life and the "Crunchyness" of our Granolas.




Are your granolas really plant-based and gluten-free?


Yes, all of our products are ALWAYS plant-based and free of gluten.




Are all ingredients on your granola organic?


Although we make every effort to source most of our ingredients in organic form, as a small business we still don’t have access to all of them, but that is our ultimate goal for sure.




What should I do if I receive my order and the granola is not crunchy or if I don’t like the flavor?


Our goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our products. If you have any issue with the quality, flavor or crunch, please reach us out via email or the website.
